Counseling and Referrals

Supportive listening or assistance in problem solving. Refer newcomers to community resources/ services, such as:

  • English language training
  • Various upgrading courses
  • Interpretation and translation
  • Mental health counseling services
  • Legal information and counseling services (low income family only)
