Annual individual membership:	$10.00
Annual family membership*:	$15.00
Five (5) year individual membership:	$40.00
Five (5) year family membership*:	$60.00
Lifetime individual membership:	$100.00 one time fee
Lifetime family membership*:	$150.00 one time fee

*Family members include spouse and children under ages of 18
