Hello Seniors program offers social work services to older adults (aged 55+). Designed to build resilience, foster understanding, and provide meaningful support, our program helps seniors identify their needs, set achievable goals, and translate them into action.
A diverse team of Outreach Support Workers engage directly with older adults, helping them navigate complex systems and complete forms for pensions, government benefits, transportation, and housing. They also connect seniors to community resources that promote education, recreation, food security, and overall well-being.
Our program can also help older adults address more complex challenges—like mental health, addiction, elder abuse, housing concerns, and social isolation, by connecting participants to professional service providers and offering additional support as needed.
